On Mondays and Wednesdays, women come to the Baptist Center for a variety of ministry opportunities.
On Mondays, ladies arrive by 10am for weekly Bible Study. Following Bible Study, the ladies divide up. Some attend a Sewing Class, taught by volunteers. Ladies learn the art of sewing and use this skill for their families, and eventually helping others. The other group attends a variety of activities. First, they attend an Aerobics Class. They spend time learning exercises to keep them healthy and in shape. Following aerobics, those ladies attend Music Class, taught by Ms. Huxie Scott. This is not only a time of learning, but time of worship. Following all these activities, lunch is provided. Lunch is prepared by various church groups.
On Wednesdays, ladies arrive by 10am for another Bible Study. This is a time of great worship and learning with each other. Following Bible Study, the ladies, along with the men, each lunch. Lunch is provided by various church groups. This lunch usually feeds upwards of 75 people.
