Food Pantry

Our food pantry is stocked by donations from churches, groups and individuals and is maintained by our wonderful volunteers. We provide non-perishable food to those who come for assistance. Below are the requirements in order to receive food from our pantry:

  • Please acquire a written referral from a church, case worker, or DFCS.
  • Must come between 9am- 12pm on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. This is due to volunteers being readily available to assist you during these time frames.

Our food pantry is run mostly by volunteers who sort and organize donations and assist clients. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact us at 912.232.1033 for a volunteer packet. You can also click here to download a SBC Volunteer Packet. We require a commitment of only 3 hours a week or a month. A background check must be completed prior to service.
