The Baptist Center Church is a congregation of people who has seen rapid growth over the past few years. Holding weekly worship services, the Center Church is sees over 120 people come through the doors. Many people of the congregation are homeless. At 9:30 every Sunday morning, the Center Church provides a warm meal. Along with that meal, each person if offered the opportunity to hear about the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.
The Center Church was previously led by Pastor Harry Coursey. Pastor Harry came to the Center Church in 2009 and retired in April 2012. During his tenure, the church went from about 8 in worship to over 120 and saw close to 100 baptisms. Please pray for the Center Church as the search committee is working hard to fill the position. Please also pray for Pastor Harry as he transitions into retirement.
